Jupiter handles all your deposits automatically and you can adjust how the app handles them when a client reschedules or cancel their appointment.

  1. Tap your avatar from the agenda tab to open settings
  2. Tap "CHECKOUT"
  3. Under "Deposits and cancellations" choose one of the options

Your booking policy in your emails will reflect this.

Options

No refunds

If a client cancels or reschedules an appointment, no matter how far in advance, Jupiter will keep your client's deposit.

Save as credit for future appointment

If a client cancels or reschedules an appointment before the minimum notice period, Jupiter will accept that as a deposit for the next appointment they book. If it's within the minimum notice period, the deposit is kept.

Refund client if over minimum notice

If a client cancels or reschedules an appointment before the minimum notice period, Jupiter will refund the deposit automatically. If it's within the minimum notice period, the deposit is kept.
