There are two ways clients can add their appointment to their calendar:

After Booking

After booking, clients will see an "Add to calendar" button on their screen. Tapping this will add the appointment to their device's calendar.

In the Client Admin

Clients can also sync their calendar to Jupiter, which means all their appointments will be automatically created. They can do this in their client admin by logging in through your website by tapping the login button.

To help reduce no-shows, Jupiter will send SMS reminders 24 hours and 48 hours prior to their appointments.
