You can easily check if your client has signed the forms you asked them to by tapping into the appointment. You will see a summary of the appointment, including all the forms. If there is a check next to the form, your client has opened the file.

You may be interested in knowing immediately when a client has signed a form. In this case, we recommend turning on client notifications so Jupiter will let you know immediately when it's been done.
