Gift cards can be used towards a deposit of a new appointment or the final balance of their appointment during checkout. There are three ways clients can redeem the gift cards they've been given:

While Booking

If they use the same email your gift giver had given when the gift card was purchased, Jupiter will automatically recognize them and give them the option to pay with their gift card balance.

What if the client doesn't see their gift card during checkout?

The client must book their appointment with the same email address their gift card purchaser used, otherwise we can't verify their identity!

While Booking or During Checkout

They can also use the gift card code in their gift email and type it into the "Discount or gift card" field during appointment booking or during checkout after their appointment. This will automatically apply the gift card balance to their deposit.
