Your trial at Jupiter starts automatically from the moment you first sign in. You get all the features a paid user would get, so you can test everything Jupiter offers. The trial is 14 days and if at any time you feel you aren't ready to commit to us (we still want to talk about it), you're welcome to log out at any time.

After 14 days, Jupiter will ask you to subscribe. You can do that through the website or purchasing a subscription on your mobile phone. We suggest using the website for full flexibility as the Apple App Store and Google Play Store don't give us full control over subscriptions.

To set up your Jupiter account, check out these following sections:

First steps

Set your availability

For clients to be able to book, you need to let Jupiter know when you want to work. Jupiter will only show time slots during your working hours and it will also work around existing events in your synced Google Calendar.

Setting up availability

Add your service list

Before you can sell anything, you need to tell Jupiter what you want to sell or offer to clients. We will calculate durations, total cost, and times for your client based on what you've set up.

Creating your service list

Set up your first clients

Jupiter's system works around your client files. You may want to import clients who have booked with you before to speed up the process or simply wait for them to book on their own for the first time.

Organizing with client files

Create your forms

Use the forms feature to send out intake forms, messages, or aftercare instructions. You can also use forms to communicate policies, keep track of clients, or even your own progress. After creating them, you can even automate the forms to send them to clients on your behalf.
