To display your booking policy during the booking process, create an intake form to show up "Display while booking". This form will show up before clients confirm their appointment. You can include your policy along with a signature field for clients to agree with the terms. The signed form can be easily accessed under the client's file on Jupiter.

Jupiter will also display your booking policy in the booking confirmation emails for clients to see. This policy will state your minimum notice and what happens to the deposit. Both can be adjusted to suit your business needs.
